– Normally, the man can improve the genetic imprints only by evolution – thinking, during the light (day), so he can reach certain intermediate dimensions; Can one say that the thinking, if it is functional during the day, will continue to function, according to the same parameters and principles, by dark (night?
– Thus, it is only the activities during the light that allow accessing certain dimensions or could a special training, before bedtime (including the placement of the bed, the physical and psychological state etc.) contribute, in this regard?

When I have discussed that the light tends, protects, finalises, while the darkness creates, prepares so as to offer the light for finalization, I have discussed about everything around you, apart from the man. The man is aware, he thinks and he watches the whole process. 

The man’s thinking is always active in 43 %. There is no wakefulness.
When the man is in total relaxation, namely he sleeps, the brain functions.
If it did not function, men wouldn’t breathe. And they would instantly decompose. The organs would work chaotically.

The man has a cerebral relaxation higher than 50 % and, in this relaxation, and through it, he recovers his energy forces and balances them, so the brain can beneficially function in the next light.

The man’s integrity consists in the process of Thinking.
Thinking has neither rest nor wakefulness.
The body does. So does the skin.

It is during the light that the man conducts his activity.
There are exceptions in many researches, when you are obliged to study by dark, because what you are studying recovers by dark. There are many cases, but those in which one works by light prevail. That’s how the man functions.
