– The procedure of accessing the Library of Alexandria seems to be based on a well-set algorithm, in 3 steps; Do the people from the Universe who access the library for study purposes have the direct energy keys to the capsule or do they have to go through these steps? The algorithm being described as a physical, material procedure for earthlings?
– For study purposes, does it sometimes happen for You to make the connection or to activate the database or the memory of the mumified people in the pyramid (White Brotherhood members, for example) and the people in the Universe?

The Library of Alexandria is a capsule of time. This capsule holds all information about the civilizations present at the time and the successes in a certain field.

The Library of Alexandria is destined to be deciphered only by the Creator. Nobody else has access to the data in the library of Alexandria.

There is no access because it is of no use to anyone. No one can understand what happened, because one does not have the thinking of that time. As for these data which the Creator holds, He presents them to the Universe, but they are known only if He presents them. As I said, no one has access unless the Creator wants to present them. 

No one can study them, because – I repeat – you should be at the level of the thinking of that time and have the scientific levers of that time for you to understand what the data convey. 

Those mummies which were discovered had been expected to be discovered right after the apocalypse of the time and moreover there were some keys by which those people had to be brought back to life.

Nevertheless, after an apocalypse, the remaining human beings were savage, and everything was compromised. That mummification process is similar to the one of these days, known under the name of cryogenics.

Under the circumstances the systems are pulled out of circuit, the computers stopping because the satellites will be destroyed, the possibility for those corpses to mummify is of 60-70%, only this cannot happen, because after that end which this planet awaits, there will be nothing, being purified by water and lavas.
