The Next Instant
It is good to mobilise yourselves and try to check on yourselves several times.
I want you to understand that there is no longer much space in this instant.
Don’t be late, because only by your deeds can you pass into the next space.
If the work you have done is not exhausting and poignant because of the effort, that’s not good.
If a light, a day passes without your feeling totally fulfilled and if your state is fair to middling, something doesn’t work properly.
When you are exhausted physically, but content in your soul, then it is good.
